Itinerary (rough times)

Coach travel is used to get you between Kraków, Energylandia and Wieliczka. Exact times may shift slightly. You said you need to be at Energylandia for 09:30 from a central Kraków hotel — built in below.

Day 1 — Fri 8 May
Arrive Kraków • Check-in • City evening
Afternoon/evening arrival (no flights included). Meet-up, hotel check-in, explore Kraków Old Town.
  • 15:00–18:00 — Arrivals + hotel check-in (approx.)
  • 19:00 — Group meet-up / dinner suggestion
Day 2 — Sat 9 May
Energylandia (Fast Pass) — Day 1
Coach from central Kraków. Aim to be at the park for 09:30.
  • 07:45 — Breakfast (approx.)
  • 08:15 — Coach depart Kraków
  • 09:30 — Arrive Energylandia
  • 10:00–18:00 — Park time (Fast Pass)
  • 18:15 — Coach depart
  • 19:30–20:15 — Back to Kraków (approx.)
Day 3 — Sun 10 May
Energylandia (Fast Pass) — Day 2
Second full park day — re-rides, coasters, water rides, and anything you missed.
  • 07:45 — Breakfast (approx.)
  • 08:15 — Coach depart Kraków
  • 09:30 — Arrive Energylandia
  • 10:00–18:00 — Park time (Fast Pass)
  • 18:15 — Coach depart
  • 19:30–20:15 — Back to Kraków (approx.)
Day 4 — Mon 11 May
Wieliczka Salt Mine • Departures
Salt mine visit, then back to Kraków for onward travel (no flights included).
  • 08:00 — Breakfast + checkout (approx.)
  • 09:15 — Coach to Wieliczka
  • 10:00–13:00 — Salt mine tour (approx.)
  • 13:45 — Back to Kraków
  • Afternoon/evening — Departures
